Terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions shall be incorporated by reference into and made a part of any order submitted to Car Carrier (“Company”) by the owner(s) or agent(s) (“Shipper”) set forth in the Order Form. All orders are subject to acceptance by Company. Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, without cause, at any time. Car Carrier is a registered, licensed transportation company in Japan.

These Terms & Conditions, are subject to change at any time, with or without prior notice.

The customers will be notified about the changes and alterations via email and notifications with in the app.

• The customer should be the registered legal owner of the vehicle(s) being transported.
• The customer has the authority to enter this Agreement or has been duly authorized by the legal owner of the vehicle(s) to enter into this Agreement.
• Pickup or delivery date cannot be guaranteed, expressed, or implied. Delays may occur due to carrier schedules, mechanical failure, inclement weather, and unforeseen circumstances.
• The customer has to make full disclosure to Car Carrier regarding operational status of the vehicle prior to finalizing this agreement.
• If the customer’s vehicle is unable to be driven on and off the transport under its own power, if the vehicle’s brakes are insufficient to stop the vehicle, or if for any reason the vehicle is found to be INOPERABLE, a minimum charge of [VAR_AMOUNT] will be added at customer’s expense.
• Transporter’s minimum INOPERABLE fees may subject to change according to the expeneses.
• Car Carrier will not be liable for any mechanical function damages. Mechanical functions, under carriage, frame, exhaust assembly alignment, transmission, suspension, drive trains or tuning of the engine because inspection of these items is not practical at the time of shipment.
• The vehicle should not have any kind of hazardous material including firearms, alcohol, or illegal substances as the vehicles are subject to inspection by the DOT and/or State Police and Car Carrier will not be responsible for any legal action taken by these departments upon prohibited findings.
• The customer should review the Invoice Order and agree that giving his shipping information and/or credit card number to Car Carrier via the app, constitutes authorization to proceed along with the application of all the terms and conditions.
• Car Carrier or its agents are not responsible for personal goods placed in the vehicle, or any damage they may cause.
• Car Carrier will not be responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle from a natural disaster for instance fire, flood, tornadoes, earthquakes, etc.

Payment terms

• The customer is liable to pay all cost, including storage, and additional delivery costs, incurred as a result of shipper’s breach of any obligation under this agreement, including inability to provide sufficient funds due, and inability to be present for accepting vehicle.
• Upon acceptance, shipper and receiver of vehicle[s], are jointly liable for all changes due for shipment.
• Payment for transport is due at or prior to time of delivery.
